Our biometric 3D printed stool

Mandalas are traditional circular geometry used for meditation. They are reflective of a journey that often leads to disappearance and reappearance. To us, it is a beautiful symbol of the circular economy. They are generated parametrically and through digital craft and are part of a wider range of designs.
The mandala circles are 3D printed with bioplastic, a mix of fermented sugar and wood. PLA bioplastic is 80% more carbon efficient than conventional plastic and is a cradle to cradle material, in line with the principles of the circular economy. In the 3D printer the PLA is melted down and added layer-by-layer into three dimensional shapes.
Parametric design enables you to modify and customize your products. We believe in your creativity and want to empower you to realize your dreams. We want you to have a sense of ownership on these products and turn you into a prosumer! Get creative! We can’t wait to see what you come up with.

Muqar collection

The Muqar collection is a collaboration between Architect Arthur Mamou-mani and homeware brand Trame. These stackable cups are inspired by the fractal geometry of the honeycomb-like ornamental vaulting, known as muqarnas, that lines the domes of the Alhambra fortress in Granada. While most cups are usually hidden inside a cupboard when not in use, this design intended for users to keep the Muqar cups on display. Made from glazed clay, they’re 100% food- and heat-safe, suitable for anything from water to wine to hot tea.
